TERRIBLE STORE. ok this store is terrible do not buy anything from here (I cannot speak for the other radio shacks but this one is terrible) They offered me warranty however they refused to give me service since the person who signed me up was not working and was fired EVEN IF I WAS PAYING EVERY MONTH!!!. Called district manager did not care about it and told me it was the employee responsibility even if he was not working with them at the time HE OFFERED ME 100$ OFF ON A 600 PHONE TERRIBLE experience no wonder why they are going down
