poor customer service experience. I was told 2pm deadline for same day service. I got their at 155pm and was told your too late. I pointed at the clock, when the person at the counter grabbed my clothes abruptly all angry and treated me horribly. Maybe you should chose another line of service- if you lack customer service skills- like the food industry.
