Best ski shop in the Salt Lake City. I've been going to the Sports Den for over a decade, and I'll go there decades to come. They are awesome! They have the best selection of modern ski gear that I've seen in Salt Lake.

This season one of the guys there suggested a fat powder rocker ski that I wasn't too sure about because it didn't seem like it was going to be all-mountain enough for me. I like to have one setup for all conditions which can get tricky. You usually end up having to compromise performance somewhere in some conditions. But the sales guy swore that these would be find on hardpack, and sure enough, they rip groomers like a champ. I'm surprised, and really happy with Sports Den for suggesting a great ski. They custom fit my boots, too, and I love 'em. They dialed the fit just right.

best boot job. I just got some new boots from the sports den in salt lake city. This shop is by far the best ski shop I have ever been to. The boot fitter (Luke Skywalker) knew exactly how to fit my boots properly. I have never had a boot fit so well as the ones they fit for me. I have shopped and worked with many of the ski shops in Utah and will never go anywhere else. The staff is very professional and they know exactly how to please customers. In addition to great products and service they have the best tune in town. If you want to get the best products served up with the best service I highly recommend Sports Den in foothill village. Powder!!!

This Place Blows. This place sucks. Granted they do have good products such as coats, boots, skis ect

Only Ski Shop I Trust. I've been going to Sports Den for years. I have difficult feet and they are the only people in town that have had success finding boots for me. Great variety. Even better prices. Don't be misled by the location to think they are overpriced. I have found they have the best prices in town and online. Do your homework. This place rocks. Employees know exactly what will work best for you individually. 5 STARS FOR SPORTS DEN!!

Best Ski Shop and Sporting Goods in SLC.. I have been a customer of the Sports Den for over 15 years and always look forward to going to "The Den" for all of my sporting good needs. In addition to the best selection of equipment, the Sports Den has the most knowledgeable staff. Need an honest opinion on the right ski for your skill level or a boot fit for difficult feet? Go to the Sports Den. The ski shop is excellent and I wouldn’t trust anyone else to tune my skis. I make a point to stop by the Sports Den to purchase my discount lift tickets just so I can check out the gear and get expert advice on the best ski for the snow/weather conditions. Over the years, I have made many purchases at the Sports Den (i.e. skis, bindings, poles, skis apparel, snowboarding equipment for my wife, shoes, golf equipment, sunglasses, gifts for friends and family, etc.) and I have always been pleased with every purchase. These guys know sporting goods and treat their customers right. I highly recommend the Sports Den, as you will not find another store with the same level of customer service, expertise, and premium sporting goods.

Look elsewhere... If you're looking for a sports shop in the salt lake area be sure NOT to look at Sports Den in Foothill Village.

In addition to high prices and questionable selection you'll also get some of the worst service available.

If you can get a staff members attention (good luck), you'll be faced with a lack of knowledge, poor attitude and in some cases, downright rudeness.

Since we live nearby we've given this place lots of chances, probably too may, now were done.

Save time, money and frustration..go elsewhere.
