Great place, exceptional value. Service was great! Y.T. very professional. We had sea food, Mexican, Yankee, and Italian and it was all terrific!! Great place, exceptional value
Yummy Stuffq. Beautiful scenery, great company, great food, great drink! My most favorite place in SLC! Everytime my man and I go up there, it is such a great romantic evening.
Comical Service. Bad food. Bad service. I got nothing close resembling what I ordered. At least it's far enough out of town I won't be tempted to go back. I suspect it's a gag the locals play on us out of towners.
RAW MEAT. I had heard so much about it and so we went there and how can you mess up a hamburger? Well they did! How can you mess up desert? Well they did. I will never go back there.
Good food, bad service. The food is generally quite good, but the service only rarely is up to par.
Ruth rules!. You can't go wrong at Ruth's Diner! For breakfast, lunch, or dinner the food is always fabulous and the atmosphere and history is fantastic. Great place to take out of towners since it is accessible and in a beautiful canyon. This restaurant is great during the summer. Their outdoor seating is fantastic and can't be beat. It might be hard to take little children because seating can get tight indoors.
The Best Comfort Food In The Mountains. Ruth's Diner definitely deserves to be close to the top if not the top. If you have a chance, diner out at Ruth's on a nice Spring day and sit outside on the patio out back during dusk. You will find birds chirping, great service, and sometimes a little music and candle light tables.
Outdoor Pleasure. The outdoor garden atmosphere makes Ruth's special. It is so relaxing...delicious and romantic too.
Delicious. Delicious Food, Wonderful Atmosphere, Great Biscuits! I Absolutely hate biscuits, but I love theirs!
An Emigration Gem. The first place i ever ate when i came to Utah. And been going back there again and again ever since. For breakfast a spinich omelette has "can't lose" all over it if that's your fare. Biscuits are memorable as are the bearhead-shaped pancakes for the kiddies. For lunch/dinner there's lasagne and a killer chicken broiled sandwich I can never say no too... and the best dessert in the valley, hands down, goes to the Fruit Cobbler with Vanilla ice cream that has Ruth herself slobbering in 'er grave!
