This guy needs to be reported. Trust me. Don't go here. Read the other negative reviews. They are spot on.

HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE.....Take your money and run!!!

Disgusting, nasty, filthy, dirty, creepy office with equally creepy and terrible customer service. I only wish I had read the original review of this business before I went to this place. Unfortunately for me, I did not and am now paying the price. I am currently pursuing legal action against this company for the money (cash that he made me pay ALL up front) they would not return when I tried to cancel my reservation only 2 hours after it had been made due to a medical situation! The owner yelled profanities on the phone and hung up on me three times and refused to listen to me. He told me that I could use the money towards another rental, but there is absolutley NO way I will be doing that after the way I was treated. None of his machines are insured and I am confident that if I ever were insane enough to rent from him, he would find something to charge me for above and beyond the cost of the rental. I shudder to think that this man has any of my personal information (they make you fill out a form with you SSN on it!!). How could I be so stupid!!? Learn from my expensive mistake! Take your money and run!! I should have followed my gut feeling when I walked in the door. This is NOT a staight up business.

Rental experience

We rented from Golden Rentals and had a great experience. The machines ran well. I think the reason the other reveiw is written that way. Is because the owner is a body builder and a martial artist. That is what makes him feel so uncomfortable. His reveiw is written in poor taste and bad attitude. Golden Rentals has rented to me for the last 15 years in a row with no complaints. I am very happy with their business. Thank you
