Tips for Bob Kasubuchi Motors

Nice Guys. They discovered an additional repair that needed to be done to my car when I brought it in for something completely different. They fixed the problem and only charged me an extra $20 because they said it was minor. I was very happy with their professionalism and pure kindness.

Wasted money.
I spent over $1200 trying to repair the AC in my car. The AC still did not work. After spending that money i wanted working AC. I complained and Bob got pissed and yelled at me. He told the AC wouldn't be cold because the car was black? Still the air coming out of the vents should be somewhat cold.
Finally, he told me to go see another mechanic. The other mechanic had the AC ice cold within 2 hours and charged me less than $100. I wish I would have went to the other guy in the beginning. I know it would have cost me less and would have been a better experience. Don't go see Bob. The people are not nice, they say they can fix anything but cannot. There is a reason it is cheap and is in a bad part of town.

good shop. I was recommended here a few years ago by a friend and I have been very pleased ever since. I have not looked for another mechanic because This is an honest shop with good work and fair prices. enough said!

Great service. All of the people I dealt with here were very patient and helpful. They have done great repairs on my cars and I would not use another mechanic. I can recommend them and I do, highly!

so great!. They work quickly and dont charge too much. While working on my car they noticed my water pump was in very bad condition and called to ask about changing it. The car had been running a little hot so this could be the problem, and it was! They made sure to call and not just go ahead with the repairs. Very satisfied!

Customer service. I brought my Acura to this shop to have the brakes serviced and they did a really good job. It took a little longer than I thought it would, but they actually called me on my cell phone to let me know, which I thought was great customer service.

Saving money. I save a great deal of money by taking my Ford to Bob Kasubuchi Motors instead of the dealership for routine service such as tire rotation, oil changes,etc. saving the high cost of dealership services. I will continue to do business with Kasubuchi Motors.
