Am extremely satisfied with the service and the monthly reports. Early on, some of the plumbing repair costs seemed a little high, but the basic fees are acceptable.

Very grateful for the fine way the account was handled. Especially the thoroughness with which the renters were screened. After 3 years, and 3 different renters, we came back to a home that had been well taken care of. Thank you PMS for taking care of our home.

I've had the pleasure of doing business with this company and I can say that they are good people that are trying to do a good job. I've never had any problems with them and they've always done what they said that they'd do. I would ignore the comments below and assume that they are the renters that you wouldn't want in your property anyway. Call this company, talk to the owner or the anyone else and make your own decision.

As a board member, I have been extremely satisfied with service your company has given our association. Our current manager, Bret Lacey, has been extremely professional, more than willing to help with anything asked of him and completes any tasks in a timely manner. Couldn't ask for a better manager.

Beware, this group is great if you’re renting your property. They will get every dime out of the people that are renting your property. But if you decide to rent from this group be prepared to pay huge fines, fees and penalties. They are great at getting you into a place and renewing your contract, then after renting from them for 3 years they attacked me with major fees. They took my 1500.00 deposit and charged me cleaning fees for over 2000.00 on top of it. I tried to fight the fees in court and hired a lawyer we were able to knock 1000.00 off the fees they were charging me but still had to pay them. They have their own cleaning and maintenance service so they can charge any price they want. Including: 450.00 to mow the lawn (there was no grass to mow and it was the same as when I moved in, I even planted flowers to make the house look better). They charged 350.00 to sweep the unfinished basement. (Already cleaned it out perfectly upon moving out). They charged 500.00 to clean the kitchen appliances. (I cleaned them out spotless). They charged 600.00 to clean the carpets. (I did not clean they, because I arranged the cleaning with them in good faith. They said they would charge me the same as other companies. LIE. They charged me another 350.00 to clean the bathrooms. The house was spotless. I wrote them a letter 60 days before moving out and called them on the phone. I asked them for an Exit walk through, 4 times and they never showed. I made arrangements to pay the 1000.00, 100.00 a month. I paid every month on time. Then I receive a judgment in the mail for another 600.00. They said they never received my last payment that I sent in the mail. I checked my bank account and it was not cashed. They purposely did not cash the last check just so they get more fines out of me. I swear this will never end. I now have to go to court again. Please think twice before renting from them. Save yourself from a big mess down the road.
