Wonderful!!. My fiance and I looked at J Brooks after looking a few other places in town. We had looked at ISEE 2 diamonds and other "HIGH END" diamonds and signature collections, and found the engagement ring of my dreams here. Its definitely different from what you see elsewhere. We have also found his wedding band here.

Natalie was wonderful, and Jon - the owner is amazing as well. They work with you and explain everything to you - they left no question unanswered - and were more than accommodating to our frequent return trips just to look at the rings.

We'll definitely be back for other purchases. Its a wonderful store.

Diamond Necklace, by Simon G Jewelry. Purchased a Diamond Necklace for Mother's Day and it was perfect, my wife loved it. It was from the Simon G Jewelry Selection. I will buy from J. Brooks Jewelers again. I saw they have a great selection of Breitling watches which I am a big fan. I will be back soon for a new watch for myself. Thanks again for helping me pick out the perfect gift for my wife.

Sound Business. I have purchased many pieces of jewelry from J. Brooks over time. I enjoy their selection of creative pieces and the quality of their products. I rarely judge people or businesses over one encounter, be it good or bad. I do however look at their patterns over time. I like what I see in the way J. Brooks does business. I recommend J. Brooks to the first time buyer or the seasoned expert. All in all, I now buy most everything (watches, rings, etc.) from J. Brooks. It's nice to be appreciated and understood instead of being sold.

Terrible customer service. I do not recommend this place at all. It is very obvious that customer service is not on the top of the priority list here. My spouse and I purchased our wedding rings here and doing business with them was very difficult. These people lost my rings when I took them there to be cleaned and polished. Do not take your business here - you will be let down. I will only shop at OC Tanner from now on!
