Western flavor and atmospher, slow service

They do a good prime rib (probably only choice) and that's about it. The rest is sub par. Slow service. Hard to navigate in the dark and heaven forbid you drop something. You'll never find it.
But if you want a good piece of (choice) rib, it's a good stop for that.

lots of potential

I was amazed when I walked into this restaurant. It had a great atmosphere. We were seated with minutes. But after sitting for at least 15 minutes (in a customer's world - forever) my husband was ready to go track down our waiter to get our order. If we had a better waiter and maybe larger portions of food (and a more well cooked potato) I would give this place a better rating.

Well, it used to be good!

The food portions were great. Food was average. The service was terrible and the food was very overpriced. They have cut back on their fixin's as well. It was a disappointing meal. This used to be one of our favorite places... now, we probably will not be back. Too bad... don't know what happened!
I would have expected more.
