Skip it.. When these people got done " detailing" my Lexus today, there was grime all over the engine, fuzz under the seats and old drops of milkshake still stuck to the console. I do a better job of cleaning my car with $10 worth of quarters, a box of wet wipes and some Q tips. Mandy, the Lexus worker, resisted giving any sort of refund and wanted me to bring my car back a second time; I'd already spent a day getting the crummy "detail" in the first place. She then promised to have the manager call me back; he did not. When I tracked him down, he claimed to know nothing of my problem. He did issue a 50% refund, but all I really got for that was a $100 car wash.
