Polite and friendly. The people in this shop are unfailingly polite and friendly. It's always a pleasurable experience to bring our car in. Your facilities are neat and clean.
Awesome to work with. I've had the past 6+ oil changes done at your location for two reasons: (1) Regan Andrews is awesome to work with and (2) the "$75 for three oil changes" deal is a great bargain. Previous experiences in 2010 included some problems, which LHM Chevrolet did remedy (although delays caused by not having oil filters in stock and "stuck" oil pan bolt were frustrating). I now know to call a day in advance to make sure the items needed for my vehicle are in stock and to make sure that Regan is working when I come in
I enjoyed my quick visit. I was in there and my car was immediately taken back for the service it needed and boy what a difference it made. Every since I bought this car it has not had a good air conditioning or heating system and I just thought it was the car. He knew right off the bat what was wrong and took it back and it was done in half the time he said it might take. Yes I enjoyed my quick visit and hope I don't have anymore problems, but well definitely be in for my servicing and anything else it needs. I feel I won't be taken advantage of and thats a must for me.

Best buying experience. This was one of the best buying experiences that we have had. Sam Armijo was very helpful and great to work with. Mark with the financial side was also great to work with. We are very pleased with the dealership, from the time we arrived until the time we left with are new car. The way this experience went, we will be back to the dealership for are next vehicle purchase.

Hey we wanted to take a few minutes out of all our busy day and let you know we cannot express our gratitude and thankfulness for the positive attitude and willingness to help and service us as customer that your delivery driver Carlos offers us! He always has a smile on his face and his cheerful get it done demeanor is contagious. Often times a delivery driver is always the end of the line for the “blame game” and they always seem to be forgot about when congrats are deserved. Keeping in mind the drivers are the “face” of the Larry Miller parts Department and Carlos deserve and big pat on the back!!!!!
They surprised me. I had several mysterious problems with my Chevy Suburban. I told the Service Dept at Larry Miller Chevrolet and they had me bring the truck in. After several visits where I didn't think it was fixable nor was it reproducible. They asked me to bring the truck in one more time and paid for a Suburban rental for the day. They surprised me by searching the internet and found a bulletin that addressed the problem. My truck is fixed and I am very happy. What wonderful service! I highly recommend Larry H.
