Dealership does not care. My husband and I were searching for a good used car for our daughter when we stopped at Tim Dahle Nissan to see what they had to offer. We were shown a cute Nissan Sentra and the sales rep, George, told us it was in perfect shape. Low mileage, clean, cute. Long story short, we bought the car. Both rear windows did not work. They are both off the rail and will not roll up or down. They keep falling down. We have called to get them to fix them but they told us it was our problem. I am so disappointed I trusted this dealer to sell me a car. they should repair the windows without charge but they will not. I do not recommend this dealer at all.
Incredible Dealership.. Great Service!.
Wow! Night and day difference to Ken Garff Nissan in Orem, UT. We live in Provo but traveled all the way up to Tim Dahle in Murray to get the service we deserved when we're about to spend $24k. The last reviewer commented that the dealership lacked knowledge about vehicles and didn't care about them as a buyer. It's too bad they ended up getting a Ford as a result ;-) We had a completely different experience. Alex Ogilvie, our sales rep didn't know everything about the cars in which we were interested, but he ALWAYS did his due diligence and promptly got back to us with a solid answer. We worked with him for almost 6 mths and he never gave up on us and was never overbearing or pushy. He stuck with us and we ended up buying a 2012 Nissan Altima with Zero down and 0.00% APR!
We NEVER received a call back from Ken Garff folks in Orem, even after about three different visits with different sales reps.
I would refer everyone to work with Alex. He truly cares about you and will do everything he can to help you make the best choice for you... not just try to sell you some expensive car. He will align you with the perfect car and the perfect fit for your needs. The rest of the staff there were incredible as well. Other reps, even knowing that Alex was helping us, asked if we had quesitons and were willing to answer them and help us even though they would not receive commission for their time. I wish I could buy everything form Tim Dahle Nissan in Murray, but for now, they just deal cars and you better believe I will go back to them over and over again. ;-)
Amazing Sales Team. I had a Great experience here, Rick Burge took great care of me and was really awesome. By far the most professional salesman I ran into that week and his follow ups where above and beyond. the rest of his team where also really nice hector asked me if I needed any thing and got me a bottled water thanks.
This is how buying a new car should be!. I am writing this reveiw to say "Thank You" to Amanda Rasmussen! I don't think anyone has ever really taken the time with me to find the right car and with no pressure, like you did. We will be back in 3 years when our lease is final. Keep up the great work and our son Scott will be be needing a car sometime in early march when he returns from his mission.
no pressure. I was checking out a few different options before buying a car. Mr. Hart was very friendly and helpful.I was able to narrow down my search and will be definitely be back to buy a car.
great help. I was looking for reliable truck for work. Robert was able to find me a the right size truck at the right price. It still had a great factory warrenty and the gas milage has helped save me a lot of money at the gas pump. Thanks Robert and Tim Dahle.
Felt like they really cared. Felt like they really cared about me and not just trying to put me in a car I didn't want. Mr. Hart took the time to listen to my needs and made sure it was what would be best for my needs. Thank you Tim Dahle
Great place to buy a car. I went to Tim Dahle Nissan of Murray and was treated very well from the moment I showed up. The salesman there were very helpful in finding me the right car. I spoke with Robert and to my surprise it didnt take all day like at other dealerships. I was in and out in no time at all. I will tell everyone about my buying experience!
Strike 2! Stay away!.
These people are ridiculous! The dealership posted a listing on AutoTrader for a 2009 Nissan Murano SL. A beautiful car and a smoking deal ($25,000 out the door). Upon arrival we were told that there had been a mistake and the car was supposed to be listed at $26,700.
They stood behind their on-line-price and we sat down at the table to work out a deal. By the end they had added on $900 to that "honored price" telling us that they were going to have the scratches professionally fixed. The scratches were miniscule, and we never asked for them to be fixed in the first place. The damage was certainly not $900 worth of bodywork. My wife and I declined the professional scratch repair and asked for the original deal of 25,000.
Feeling a little apprehensive about the deal. I decided to go out and give the car another look, because something did not feel right. The sales people were doing everything they could to get us to sign the papers before we looked at the car again. They kept telling us that it was getting detailed. We stalled long enough and were able to see the car before completing the paperwork. Upon looking over the car again, we noticed that the car would not read the Intelligent Key (I had to put it in the dash to start the car). The sales man said it was dead battery in the remote and it was a $4 fix. However, the parts department was closed and I could not get a battery. So I asked him to take a battery out of another Intelligent Key and test it in my Intelligent Key. He did, and the car still would not recognize the key.
We then asked the salesman if we could have someone look at it so we could see how much it was going to be to fix this problem. The salesman went to talk with his manager to figure out a solution. He returned to us with this solution: If you had paid the $25,900 we would have looked at the car. But at the 25,000 we are not even going to look at it. The car is sold "As is" so we don't have to do anything. Take it or leave it.
Astounded by this statement, my wife and I asked for our check back and walked out of the dealership never to return again! Stay away from this place!
These people also sold my wife a 2004 Acura TSX in 2008 and they stated that it was a clean title and had never been in an accident. Months after purchasing the car, the clear coat started to peal off the passenger door. Come to find out that the passenger quarter panel and the passenger door had been replaced.
The title and CARFAX were clean. That meant that all of the bodywork was done under that table. So their quality inspection team must be top notch! I honestly feel a little silly and cannot believe that we gave this dealer another chance after they did that to us the first time. I can assure you of one thing. They will never have another opportunity to try and scam my family, my friends, or me again. Trust me, you are doing yourself a favor to STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!
DON'T GO THERE!!!. My wife and I were looking for a hatchback car with a lot of room or some kind of vehicle with AWD or 4x4. Our first stop was at Tim Dahle Nissan, and everyone treated us great. We told our sales person our needs and she showed us the vehicles that fit our description. We were totally sold on a vehicle that we were TOLD had AWD. A month later I found out it actually didn't have AWD. I called them back and explained the situation and that we would love to trade in at the same price we bought it for and they just gave me the runaround. After this moment they were no longer nice or friendly and they wouldn't give me my money back! Worst experience ever. I am now in the process of going to small claims court. Don't buy from them, I am going to make sure everyone knows about this.
