Been using this company for 10 years now for any and all heating and AC issues. I have always been very happy with their reliability, ease of scheduling, promptness and honesty. Today, with close to two feet of snow, they showed up (ON TIME) to install my new furnace. Well, they were wonderful as always but this time one employee also shoveled my driveway, sidewalk and front walk while the other employee was walking me through the thermostat and rebate paperwork. I wanted to give him a tip, but he would not accept, stating instead that he was "only doing what he hopes someone else would do" for his wife.

I am just stunned at the consideration and thoughtfulness. A rare experience these days....

Poor Business Decision. I've never heard of a Salt Lake County business not willing to do business anywhere along the Wasatch Front. Well these guys will only travel as far as Lindon. What a poor business decision!

Air conditioning experts. You can rely on Hartman Heating and

AC company to do an honest and reliable job. they have been in the business for years now and have gained the trust of increasing number of people. This is so because of the quality kind of jobs they have done so far. they do come on time and will clean up after they're done. they also cahrge just right for the quality work that they have completed.

true to their promises. When we chose Hartman Heating and AC to repair our air conditioning unit at home, they came on time. they wasted no time doing just something, but they immediately went on to business. they evaluated the unit then told us everything they found out and started telling us what needs to be done and why. then the price which we find reasonable especially after they are through with the repairs. they did it fast but efficiently and they are worth recommending to others as well.

Comfort You Will Get From Day and Night. The good thing about your company is the customer service from your technician who installed our Day and Night cooling system. The user guide has been explained to me and I can easily follow all the instruction. I am enjoying the product and I think I will buy another one next month. It is cheaper than what I saw when I was still looking for it. It means that you are not overpricing your customer and that is really good. It is also silent and I can really feel comfort during day and night.

Great Service!. Hartman Heating & Air is wonderful to work with! I had to have all of the duct work in my attic re-done because the builder screwed up. I also had a new A/C, furnace, soft water, and humidifier put in. Dan V. was my "comfort consultant" and Rick P., Brandon and Ricky C all worked in my house for 4 days and they were all great. They came in the time frame that they said they would, they were courteous and easy to talk to. I felt like I could run an errand and everything would be fine when I got home. They also make an effort to explain things and make you understand what they are doing. There were also no last minute "add-on's". They also fixed some of the things that the builder messed up and didn't charge me. Thanks Hartman!!!!

P.S. My dad and brother have also used them and have been very happy.

Yes! A Company that is professional and Cares!. This company was worth the wait! The day after I called they showed up with their smile and shoe covers. They took as much time as I needed to completely look over my complex problem. After getting off the phone with Lennox they explained (In SimpleTerms) what it would take to get it fixed. They couldn't have been more friendly and professional.

After dealing with other companies it was a breath of fresh air to find a company I'm prepared to have a long term relationship with. I went to my doctor and couldn't quit talking about my good experience with Hartman Heating and Air! Before the day was up I had shared their name and my great experience with several people.

Good Job Hartman! It'll come back to you!

I couldn't be more pleased.. In the middle of the night March 11 my furnace went out. Not all the way out I could hear it kick on but the fan wouldn't come on. It wasn't officially cold enough to freeze out behinds off but it was miserable getting the kids up for school. I had heard about Hartman from a friend and gave them a call. Much to my surprise the lady that took the call told me they could get a guy right out. YAY . She said within an hour they were here in 45 minutes. BONUS. I was lucky enough to have Eddie and Jeremy show up and I have never had such professional service persons in my life. Clean cut, well mannered and professional in every way. They were fast and efficient and my home was warm and toasty in no time. What more could I ask for. Oh Affordable. Very affordable. Thank you Hartman Heating. Thank you Jeremy and Eddie. I am 110% pleased with your service as well as you company and will gladly recommend you to every one I know. And glady count on you for all my heating and air conditioning needs.

Unbeatable service!!. My furnace broke the other day so I had Hartman come out to see if they could fix it. The girl in the office was awsome! She was sweet, and really cared that I was freezing to death. She got a man out to my house within an hour! The man that came out was the same way, he even wore little things over his shoes so he didnt track in dirt!! He had the part that I needed on his truck and fixed it right there and then. I will tell everyone I know how great you are! Thanks Hartman
