Poor Service, do NOT trust the price they PROMISE in person.
Called & ask for pricing & I was told that since my dog was over 3 years of age she was free but need to pay $35 fluid flush. This was also the price I was told when we dropped her
off....$35.00...then they said we recommend to do blood work for dogs over 3 years of age.........Now: $70.00 thought that was a great deal & we agreed.....Then we go to pick her up & up they charge me $145.00 with a hidden $65.00 dollar fee for the procedure. I informed them that I was told on the phone and also in person once dropped off it was free for animals over 3 years of age.
(I had a free voucher that was given to me from no more homeless pets. But since they told me on the phone that dogs over 3 where free I left it at home. The person at the front desk told me that I SHOULD have brought in the voucher in the morning when dropping off the animal to get the free procedure even though the told me on the PHONE & in PERSON it was free. ...Then we asked if we could run home & get the voucher & they said "NO"......To top it off, they charge extra for the pain meds for the animal, OF course people are going to want their animals in NO PAIN but to charge EXTRA!!? (None of the other vets charge extra they include it in the price) ...BOTTOM LINE: the Customer service is horrible & they where trying to hide fees & "up-sale" like a car salesman. ***If I would have know the cost before I would have taken my dog elsewhere since i had my other dog fixed for $25 bucks (at BEST FRIENDS SANCTUARY) drugs & procedure included & they make you feel that they CARE ABOUT YOUR ANIMAL!…
Excellent with rabbits. Took my female rabbit in to be spayed. This was the only spay and neuter clinic I've seen that made themselves available on the phone. The pricing was very affordable..especially for rabbits who usually cost quite a bit. I received a reminder phone call before my appointment, complete with species savvy instructions to not withhold feed or water for rabbits before surgery. During surgery, they even trimmed her teeth and nails, and afterwards, they provided me with one of the recommended pain medications for rabbits. The staff was polite and informative at all times. I will definitely be taking my male rabbit here to be neutered when he is old enough. Couldn't be happier.…
Best vet in the state!. I own 4 dogs and a cat. I have seen many vets in the valley. None that can compare to Dr. Daines prices. Thank you for making it affordable to keep my animals healthy.
Professional, Caring Service.
I had the best experience with the Spay and Neuter of SLC. I am a first-time dog owner, so I was a little nervous myself getting my puppy spayed (and her dew-claws removed). It was a busy little
office when I took her early in the morning to drop her off, and felt a little self-conscience because all the other owners there looked like they knew what they were doing. Once I was helped, though, I felt completely comfortable and they walked me through everything I needed to do and to know.
When I came back that night to pick her up, again they were very professional and made me feel like I would be okay! I didn't have to wait at all before I was helped, either. They gave me a paper with everything I needed to know, and some verbal instructions, and I was on my way. Even after the surgery, I felt like they were very helpful. I called the clinic so many times with questions, and they were always friendly and knowledgeable (and reassuring!) for a paranoid owner. :)
They have competitive prices for their services, and besides that, they actually care. I would recommend this place to anyone!…
Great Place! Hot front desk girl too!. They took good care of my puppy when she got spayed. They even clipped her nails no charge. One of the front desk girls is super hot too.
