I took my Jeep to this Pep Boys several years ago because my a/c wouldn't blow cold air. For $400 - they "fixed it". It was cold for about a day. A few days later, I took it back in (the repair was "guaranteed"). They said that they couldn't see anything leaking, but that they'd "recharge it again" just in case. Blew cold for another day. All in all, I went back FOUR times & they NEVER FIGURED IT OUT. But they certainly kept my $400. Awful.

Automotive Nightmare. Absolutely the worst service I have ever had from any auto repair store!!!!!!!. Jerked me around all day, to tell me nothing. Highly disappointed in this place. I was happy they were open on sunday, because I needed the work done, which is hard in utah on sundays. I should have waited and went to my normal mechanic. I will never use them again, and if it turns out there so called diagnostic isnt correct I will challenge them on my bill.
