Excellent Service! More companies should treat people this way!!. I called in to see if I could get service on my copier. The first thing I heard on the other end - A live person!!

The technician came out extremely fast. They were very friendly and explained everything that was available on the machine to me. Not only was my machine fixed but they set me up so I could print, scan documents to email and fax from my computer directly though my machine! I didn't know it could do that! I'm saving a ton of money on just paper and toner alone. Not to mention I don't have to go all the way to the fax machine now. I can just send it from my computer.

They also said if I get my HP toner cartridges from them that I could get free labor. That was a no brainer. Their prices were a little bit lower than the other place too.

For a company that is so interested in saving me money, why would I go anywhere else? You gotta try these guys!!

Avoid at all costs!!!. Terrible customer service, unreliable products, and a staff that has the combined education of a peanut!!
