The moment I stepped in the door the women at the reception desk were open and smiling, making me feel very welcome. They were very conversational, but got me started on my paperwork right away. As soon as my paperwork was complete I went right in to the exam room. They kept right on schedule with my 3:45 PM appointment which was important since I have a tight schedule with work and childcare. Dr. Kimball was wonderful, taking the time to answer my questions about Lasik, my astigmatism, and my three year old's vision. Once the exam was over I was able to take my time choosing frames. They had a great selection of traditional and modern frames at an excellent price! My vision insurance has a $120 frame allowance and they have plenty of frames that fit within that limit. I am also trying contact lenses for the first time (I'm 26!) and Dr. Kimball is very diligent with the fittings and making sure that I am perfectly comfortable. The turn around on both my glasses and my specialty lenses was only a week! I highly reccomend this Vision Center for anyone looking for a new doctor.

Cons: No doctor available on Fridays
