New Method House Cleaner Company. Though we no longer live in Salt Lake, while there we used New Method for twenty years for our annual spring cleaning. I'm a little shocked by the earlier review, for we found the company to be honest, forthright, obsessed with quality control, and always willing to come back immediately if we were dissatisfied. They are in fact slightly higher in price than other companies, but whenever I used others to save a few dollars, I discovered they never returned when I had problems with their service. George at New Method, however, always had his crew back the next day. And when my basement flooded, George was at my house within an hour. I also got a Christmas present from him every year! Any company that's been in business as long as New Method would not be able to do so if that other review is correct.
Terrible don't waste your money!!. Worst cleaning service we have ever used! Originally they quoted us almost $1,000 for our 1400 sq ft house. Against our better judgement we went with them but changed what we were going to get cleaned so it would be $300... which is still way more expansive than we have ever used but we just remodeled and our house was very dusty so thought we would spend the extra money. To our disappointment they only cleaned the carpet and floors. They didn't even do basic cleaning such as dusting! We called and complained and was told that to have them do dusting that would have cost more! They didn't even wash the bathroom floor. So I guess for $300 we paid for them to wash the floors. Do not waste your money on this company!!
