BEWARE.
I hurried and went to tan prior to going to work, timing it perfectly after the gym and before getting ready. Nobody was there. I walked all the way back to the restroom...and nobody, but tanners, were there. I waited for approximately 5 more minutes before my time ran out. Who would've notified the tanners if there were an emergency? For example: a fire?
When I called back to complain, I learned that it was the manager that had left the business unattended. Deep sigh........

I LOVE LOVE LOVE this place!!!. So I have been tanning at the Tanning Spot for several years, and I will admit the salon wasnt the greatest place. But, It is now under new management and the new manager is a sweatheart!! She has hired a completely new team and they all are amazing! All of the girls there are very knowledgable and ready to offer the best for YOU! They also stay on top of changing the bulbs! They just got new bulbs this week and WOW they are HOTTT!! To make it even better, their prices are the best I've seen in SLC! you dont have to sign a membership, they have early bird specials, and its just all around affordalbe! Like I said.. I LOVE this place and i definitaly recomend any one to go there!!

Not very good service!!. Bratty girls very unfriendly atmosphere. Once I let her know I did not want a pass, the receptionist was very uninterested in the rest of the conversation, maybe consider hiring a more mature staff who is interested in more than just free tans and chit chatting with one another

They only change the light bulbs on one side!!!!. I have been tanning there a couple times just because it was near my work, but the third time i went I got horribly burned on just my front side! usually I know if i start to burn if my bum starts to sting. but it didn't so I stayed in the bed for full time! about 15 min after I finished tanning I noticed my face and stomach starting to hurt. when i got home i looked in the mirror and I was bright red fried!!!!!!! just on my front side! They only changed the bulbs in the bed on the top!!!!!!! and I had to go on a date that night!!!!! It was so painful I could barely move!!!!!! My whole front side was burned! and my whole back side was still normal colored! didn't even tan a bit! I would NOT recommend this place to anyone!!!!
