I have been going to She & Co for over a year and love it. It is a comfortable place for women to workout. I have recommended it to my friends.

Pros: Great Staff, Inexpensive, Wonderful classes

I've moved from the area, so I've had to move to a gym where Im a number, but I love She & Co. The trainers are very knowledgeable and friendly. The equipment is great. And you dont have to dress or look like Britney Spears unless you want to. Nobody cares.

Pros: Fairly Priced, Friendly Atmosphere
