It was fabulous! – I went to tuxedo Junction on 3300 s to look at tuxedos for my fiance and his two boys. We had a wonderful experience! They had just the right color we wanted and we were able to mix and match certain pieces to create the exact look that I wanted. They took measurements to assure that everything would fit. The prices were very competitive and Glenn, the gentleman who assisted us gave us the personal attention we deserved! They told us we could come pick them up the day before the wedding but then they were ready even earlier than we thought which made it so convenient! I highly recommend coming here for your tuxedos! Everything was perfect! It was the easiest part of planning our wedding!
If you want it right they'll call the cops on you – I could not believe the disrespect I received at this store. This company could care less about their customers and no one could pay me a million dollars to ever go there again. I arrived the day before my wedding to pick up my fiances tux to find not only was it the wrong color but the wrong size. When I asked for the manager and told her what the problem was she was very apathetic and was no help at all. She basically laughed it off and told us the only option was to go right that minute to the warehouse downtown to pick up the right tux (in rush hour traffic 20 minutes before our wedding dinner) or to come back tomorrow at 10:45 (in the middle of our wedding.) I explained to her that we did not have the time and asked that she have one of her 4 sales assistances that were sitting there twiddling their thumbs to go to the warehouse to get the correct tux but she would not. Not only was she unconcerned to fix THEIR mistake she threatened to call the cops on me because I told her that she needed to do something because this was their mistake not ours. How pitiful that a company threatens to call the cops on a crying bride for potentially ruining her whole wedding and clearly not caring at all for their customers. Not only would they not help in getting the right tux, they would not give us a discount at all. How ridiculous it is when a store clearly makes a mistake and wont take any initiative to fix it, they have your money so you're on your own. I would not recommend this store to my enemies. This was the worst customer service I have ever received, and a company that deals with special occasions should be bending over backwards to make sure everything is right. If you want everything to fall apart for your special day, this is by far the place to go. If you want to get the cops called on you for wanting your order right; this is the store for you
DO NOT GO THERE
fast and easy rental – I would have to disagree, i got my wedding tux's here and the customer service was nothing like what was described by perry15. I would recommend this place no doubt.
worst customer service I've ever experienced – This is the first negative review I have written--but never has it been so well deserved. The manager of this store is absolutely horrible. I had several issues with our tuxedo rental, but what really floored me was the callous manner in which the manager dealt with all of these issues. The hem on my son's pants was (and I am not exaggerating here) 12 inches too short. Really, how can that happen? Okay, so mistakes can occur, but when I have to rush in 15 minutes before Senior Ball to get a new pair of pants, wouldn't you at least expect an "I'm sorry"? All I received was a "well, here you go, we fixed it." The new pair were three inches shorter than the measurment I gave her on the phone (and too late now to do anything about that). I had to seriously wonder if a disgruntled employee messed with the measuring tape. When I told her that upon return of the tux she--wait for this -- rolled her eyes at me. Seriously, are we a burden to them that we want to rent tuxedos and we would like them to be a wearable fit? The lesser issues were that my son was overcharged $25 from what I was quoted, and this lady gave his friend a free rental right in front of him if he would give up a student directory. Nice, huh? Did I mention that the quality was terrible? And that the fabric on the flood-length pants didn't match the jacket? All of these issues, including the crappy alterations could have been overlooked if only the manager could have been decent and cared even remotely about the customers. How has this place stayed in business with a lady like that managing? I will do all I can to see that none of my friends or aquaintences ever rent from this store. This is the first issue I have ever had with a tuxedo rental (could it be that I had never used Tuxedo Junction before?) in my many years of renting in the Salt Lake Valley. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS.
