This place is supposed to be a business that specialized in CUSTOMER SERVICE. Never have I had a worse customer service experience. My boyfriend purchased a WAY over priced gift certificate that this place refuses to return (even with the receipt in hand)! *Nowhere does the receipt or the certificate say no returns or refunds.

Liz - the receptionist is able to sell you whatever they have to offer, but as soon as the word refund came out of my mouth she turned snarky and pawned me off on the "manager".

Melissa - the "manager" would only repeat the pat answer of "no cash value once purchase" over and over. I clearly explained my issue with the certificate and requested that a refund take place after I was informed of the quality of services provided from the establishment. When I informed Melissa that I would be disputing the charge to my card, her final words before hanging up on me were "Good luck".

Don't waste your money, or your time in dealing with these people.

This is the place if you want the best pedicure ever!!!. I dont think I have ever experienced a pedicure that I've loved more than the one I had done at AquaVie Day Spa. The technician Jen was so friendly and made my heels smoother than they have ever been. The whole experience is so relaxing, and so worth your money. If you're in need of a pedicure, this is the place. NO WHERE ELSE!!

Mazing Customer Service. I loved how I was treated from the moment I walked in and throughout my spa pedicure. The woman Jen was friendly and made sure I was comfortable and enjoyable.

Fantastic Massage!. Every time I go into Aquavie Day Spa, I am welcomed by their sweet and helpful receptionists.

Their staff is highly skilled, friendly and thorough!

Most of them have been there at least 5 years! In today's world, that says a lot!!!

Love their massages!!!!

I have been using their Phytomer skin care products and have been highly satisfied with it!

Great atmosphere. I have been lucky enough to enjoy aquavie day spa for several years. Upon entering you will be enthusiasticlly greated by Katie-who will make you feel at home. the atmosphere is soothing and the products for sale are tastefully organized and reasonably priced. In all a delightful retreat!

So The Best Day Spa. I have been going to Aquavie Day Spa for at least 15 years! Their spa treatments are absolutely amazing and so relaxing!!!!!! The spa is calm, clean, and the best moments away from a busy day! Their staff is so knowledgeable, attentive, and friendly! I highly recommend this spa to any one looking for an exquisite retreat!

Great Service. Just went to this place for the first time and saw Michele for a massage and Soly for a pedi. Both treatments were great and relaxing. The pedicure was amazing. I have never had so much included in a pedicure ever! They soaked and massaged my feet, put on a cooling leg gel, did a scrub and a paraffin dip and did polish. I didn't have to pay extra for any of it! I will definitely be going back

LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS PLACE!. I absolutely LOVE Aquavie!! I bounced around a few places for pedis and facials until I found AquaVie and now I wont go anywhere else. Jen is the best ever at facials. Its so relaxing and pampering. I never have to wait and everyone there is so nice. I have a crazy work schedule and the front desk girls are always so helpful about getting me in last minute. Best spa around!

Best pedicures, facials and massage in SLC by far!. The receptionists at Aquavie Day Spa are helpful, knowledgable and kind. The therapists are educated, skilled and obviously enjoy the work they perform. I will not go anywhere else for my pedicures, facials or massage. I have never received this calibur of treatments anywhere else. The services are pampering, nurturing, and very thorough. The slower pace, relaxing environment is an absolute bonus. Aquavie is simply the best! Thank you Aquavie!

Facials and Massages that go Above and Beyond!. I've had a lot of massages in my day, and the therapist I went to at AquaVie was right up there with the best of the best! He was so thorough and really got into every muscle. I love the energy there....serene, peaceful and nurturing. I also had an amazing facial that included a mud treatment on my back and a hand massage. Everything she used on my made me feel better and better. I highly recommend this day spa...in fact, I have to some of my friends, and they are hooked, too!
