The best shop in Salt Lake. I always come here first whenever I need something for my bike. I bought my first mountain bike here 15 years ago and continue to head to this shop for all my biking needs. The people who work here are extremely helpful. Like any bike shop, some things are pricey and others are cheaper, but I would say most of their stuff is average-priced. The environment there is awesome though! They really try to help you out with your problem and aren't condescending or working for commission in any way! No hounding you to buy stuff, they're just there to help. 5 stars! Highly recommended!

Knowledgeable/Excellent Staff. I have been going to Bicycle Center for a couple of years and have had great service every time. The staff is very friendly and the mechanic really knows his stuff. I recently purchased my first mountain bike and couldn't be happier with their recommendation. I never thought I could have so much fun on the trail. I recommend everyone buy a Specialized Epic 29er. Thanks Bicycle Center!

Beware - Poor service. I spent a good deal of money on a road bike at this store. When I received my custom fit, I was told that because I was still using my flat pedals, the fit may need to be adjusted when I went to clipless pedals. I was told to 'bring it back by'. When I contacted them a few months later I was told I would 'probably' have to pay to have this done. They just didn't really seem interested in helping me and kept giving me the run around. I ended up taking it somewhere else. I won't be buying my next bike at this shop.

Greatest service ever. I had a chance to work with the bicycle center staff to buy my first road bike and I really have to say I am totaly impressed. There a great bunch of knowledgable guys more than willing to go the extra mile to make sure as a customer I was happy.
