I have been using this company for the last 5 years. They have cleaned chairs that I thought were not ruined. They have cleaned pet smell out of carpeting that we have struggled with for months. They came in, took up the carpet, pad, moldings and floorboard. They replaced is all can cleaned the top carpet. Smell gone. Will use always.
