Thieves. They don't know what they are doing. They charge for things that didn't need to be fixed. They want you to believe whatever lie they create as long as they get your money and you think they repaired your car.

Best Auto Repair Shop!. I love this place. I have a very old car (95 nissan Sentra) and it needs help from time to time. They are honest, reliable and fast. I have been ripped off and conned more times than I can count by other repair shops (midas to name one...) These guys are personable, fast, and offer the best price in town. They don't try to up-sell me. This is THE BEST place to go if you need some repairs.

Great Service!. I recently moved to the area and needed my breaks to be replaced. J T Automotive gave me great pricing and completed the job quickly. I am very pleased with the job that they did, my breaks work great. I would go back again.

THE BEST. I have been going to these guys for years, and have referred countless people to them. They are honest and about 1/4 of the cost as everywhere else to fix my Landrover.

Con Artists. I have used them for several years. I have had an issue off and on for several years where my AC was not working and I was losing anti-freeze. I took it in several times and they told me to take it to a cooling system specialist; who advised me it was a head gasket leak. Why JT couldn't figure that out, I am not sure, but I took it back to them to have the head gasket work done. After $800.00 worth of work, my auxiliary fan was still staying on, which was a problem they had supposedly fixed previously. They told me I needed a new CPU which would be another $500-$600. By troubleshooting myself, I determined it was actually electrical, not computer. I was looking around in the engine compartment and noticed they had gone to the trouble to take a test light, cover it with electrical tape, so it wouldn't light up and spliced into my fuse box and rigged it so that fan would stay on all the time. This is blatant betrayal and dishonesty considering how much of my business I have given them and that I have referred people to them for service. Never again and I will make sure everyone knows about it!!!

Good Honest People. I liked these guys because I called around for some automotive work and they ALWAYS have the best price on parts/labor. They don't try and rip me off or try to talk me into buying stuff I don't need. Thank you, we need more honest shop like you out there.
