Don't waste your time here. I only have gone here because it is so close to my house. Always a disappointment. Always. Go to Greywhale or Amazon.

Avoid at all costs. Don't ever try to trade anything there. The employees seem as if they are blaming you for wanting to get rid of excess DVD's, CD's, etc. They are rude as can be on the best of days. I have given this store far too many chances, and have decided that Best Buy will get my hard earned cash. Oh, and the prices are absolutely ridiculous, also. On one occasion, the exact same movie cost $9.00 more at FYE. The next time I was in, it was on "sale" and was only $5.00 more. What a scam...
