In Short – The gimmick: You sit down, decide what to eat, then grab the phone and call in your order. When everything's ready, the phone buzzes and you self-serve your meal. The specialties are the burgers, along with cheese fries and onion rings. The burgers come in 17 varieties, like the bleu bacon and the burger especial with chili verde, cheese, sour cream and guacamole. Share an order of cheese fries or onion rings.
OVER-PRICED AND DISGUSTING!!!

Since their website has no place to contact them I'll just go ahead and leave my feedback public. I'm so disappointed! This is what I would tell them if I could:
First of all, I can't believe you don't have a CONTACT US option on your website! It's like you don't even care what your customers think.
Anyway, I just had to let you know about our horrible experience at your Sugar House location tonight. I had the Hickory Burger, my husband had some chicken sandwich with pineapple and my daughter had your grilled cheese kids meal. We spent close to $20 and it was THE worst food my husband and I have ever tasted! My hamburger was overly drenched in sauce, as was my husbands sandwich. His chicken was rubbery as well. My daughters sandwich was 2 pcs of wonder bread with a slab of American cheese inside. Nice! If you're going to make a cheap sandwich, at least make it look like it was worth the money. At least her $5 meal came with fries and a drink. Which is more than I can say for our awful $7 sandwiches! Who charges $7 for a sandwich and it doesn't even come with fries!?! We would have come out better at Denny's! I would have been fine with it had our sandwiches been worth the price! I just don't understand how you stay in business. What a joke! We will never eat at one of your establishments again. Sorely disappointing!
- Pros: Fries, that's it.
- Cons: What aren't the drawbacks...
Terrible service

The staff of seemingly unsupervised teenagers seemed uncaring and unmotivated (and I'm not a crotchety customer, I'm young and ordinarily easy to please) when I visited on a Tues. night. After a long wait, we paid for our food, only to find out after doing so that they were out of the soup (which we'd already purchased) and they'd put cheese on the hamburger that I ordered without. Instead of making a fresh hamburger (common practice), they scraped off the cheese and gave it back to me, now cold.
The employees then announced that there would be a long wait in an attempt to encourage customers to leave before ordering, later announced they would not be taking any additional orders (an hour and a half before closing), and then made a third announcement that they were again accepting new orders (I assume this is after someone complained or a manager stepped in).
Our meal was also interrupted twice when they read off orders to customers because they'd forgotten who ordered what.
The food is adequate, but definitely not good enough to make up for the poor service unpleasant atmosphere. I would recommend a hundred times over that someone go to Crown Burger instead. It's also local, the food and prices are better, and it's only a few blocks south. I won't return to this restaurant where the employees obviously don't want the customers to be there.

The Extras:
Weighing a quarter pound, the bugers are on the smaller side. For a bigger meal, try one of the chicken platters--two chicken breasts (topped with everything from bacon to pineapple).
