I LOVE THIS STORE!. Every time i go into this store, there is always someone to ask if i need help with anything. The crew is always willing to give HONEST suggestions (Like what video games a 10 year old would like) and the crew OPENLY ask if they gave me 100% service. I talked with a manager the other day to let them know how great their crew was. A+ service.

Fabulous Manager!!!!. The store manager is an absolute gem!! I looked everywhere for a VTech Kidizoom Plus Digital Camera and saw that it was in stock at this store. Unfortunately I did not live anywhere near the store. The manager was extremely empathetic and worked with me to assure me that I would receive the merchandise. His customer service excellence is a rarity. Because of him I will have one very happy 3 year old on Christmas Day! A million thanks!!!

ONLY IF NECESSARY. the employees are rude and unhelpful. the store is dirty and things are hard to locate and so are employees to ask for help. i'll go to shopco first/
