Not the best pharmacy in town. I recently moved my prescriptions to Jolley's Pharmacy. Before moving my prescriptions I asked for the price that Jolley's would charge me for a compounded drug that I was currently having filled at another pharmacy. The quote was reasonable and I requested that they transfer my prescription to their store on 1700 South. After Jolley Pharmacy filled my compounded prescription, I noticed that they had nearly tripled the price. When I brought it to the Pharmacists attention, she responded by saying, "why do you care, your insurance paid it?" I replied that somebody should care. I later transferred my prescriptions to Walgreens who also does compounding but by using honesty and integrity as other ingredients.

They are also the rudest pharmacy that I have ever gone to.

If you like being treated with respect and dignity, this is NOT the place for you!. Because this is a family-owned business, they get away with treating customers however they want repeatedly without any repercussions. They give merely passable customer service ONLY IF things are "fine". If everything doesn't go as planned, then they get mean and put down customers. If they mess up your prescription (which they have done to me on over 50% of my fills), they try to blame the customer as well as make them wait another 24 hours for compounded medications (stating that there are other people ahead of you, even though you called it in 2 days ago and then they messed it up). I have dealt with it for the last time, so I will take my business elsewhere - to a business who deserves it. All it would have taken is a simple apology, and they could have kept my business.
