CALL THE BBB!. This company towed my car from a location with no visible "tow away zone" sign. Mine was the only car they took out of 8. They towed it 3 blocks, had it for 2 hours, and charged me $280!! They were also very rude to me!! DO NOT use them to tow your car. They are rude and will take all your money!! They are JERKS and a RIPOFF. If you have the choice please do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY!

AWESOME group of guys!. This company is AWESOME!!! They were quick to come when I needed them and the driver was INCREDIBLE!!! I will use these guys over and over and over again!!! CARTOW ROCKS!

For a Towing Company..... These guys are the best in town.. These guys were quick and went the extra mile. Would use again in a heart beat.

Doesn't Provide Quality Service. My vehicle was towed by this company 4 miles to thier impound lot and was held there for 3hrs. Had to call thier private dispatcher service, who proceded to tell me they dont except credit cards. So with me being disabled i had to walk 3 blocks to the ATM in the cold drenching rain with no coat and arthritic limps to get funds. They charged me $200.00 for that nightmare. I hate this company and they will never get my business ever again. GFY

We are sorry you felt mistreated. When our customer calls and tells us someone is illegally parked on their property we have to do our job to remove the vehicle that is illegally parked there. Our dispatcher did tell you the truth that for impounds of illegally parked cars we only take cash for their release. We would love the opportunity to help you with any non-impound service. We do accept other forms of payments for service calls.
