Tooele Location Shines!. I frequent the Tooele location of La Frontera. Everything about the place is magnificent. The food is everything you can ask for from a mexican restaraunt. The service is magnificent! request "Austin" and the enviroment is so wonderful, clean, happy, overall a great place to eat.

You get what you pay for. I love La Frontera. I order the same thing almost every time (chile verde in some form or another). When I need the grease, I'll order the small or large combination. It's not fancy, the ambiance is shady at best, but it's consistently good and extremely affordable.

Best Mexican!. On business in Salt Lake I looked for a place serving up the kind of chile-based food I used to get in New Mexico. La Frontera surpassed every expectation. Best place I have been for true flavorful heat. I had enchilada w/red sauce, tamale, chile relleno; it was heaven on earth. Not fancy but they're feeding the folks who work in an industrial area and anyone else smart enough to find them.

My Favorite Mexican Restaurant. La Frontera serves the best mexican food I have ever tasted. I have been coming here for years. This place has no atmosphere, but the food is deliciously authentic, the portions are very generous, and it is very inexpensive. In fact, I don't think anything on the menu is priced over $10. I usually order the large combination.
