My husband and I were shopping for a used washer and

dryer, we visited several stores and we were not very

impressed until we found the USA Appliance Store.

When we entered this store and looked at the washer and

dryer sets, I first thought that they were all new sets!

We were greeted by Mike, I had many questions which he

answered without hesitation, he asked a few questions and

then showed us three or four washer and dryer sets that

would meet our needs.

He explained all the features and how these machines

work, he took us back in the shop where he showed us a

washer and dryer that they were checking, cleaning and

preparing for sale.

I have never seen the inside of a washer or dryer and I

was very impressed as he explained some tips on how to

care and maintain these appliances without much effort.

We purchased a very nice set and had it delivered the same day.

I am very glad that we found this place and I highly

recommend you to visit the USA Appliance Store and

decide for yourself!

NEVER!!! I mean Never go to this place. STAY AWAY. STAY FAR AWAY< WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY!!!! Heed this warning or be sorely disappointed. Here is the tale of woe. We bought a washing machine in December. Due to some medical issues I was in no shape to take this appliance to my home and asked for the delivery. I made sure to specify that there needed to be 2 people to deliver as my wash room is on the 2nd floor. Upon arrive 1.5 hours after the delivery time of 6pm one guy shows. Forcing me to help him not only take my washer out but the new one up. I thought hey for the $220 I spent I will over look. Then a month and a half after the washer wont spin!!!! I call and have to argue with the guy to send someone to fix this in my home as I could not get the washer to them to repair. They finally said that they would send someone out for the small fee of $75.00 30% of what I spent!!! How does this make sense, well I signed the paper so it does. They finally relent and send someone out. it took 5 minutes to fix and I am happy. Now another 1.5months later same issue. I call and speak to a dick named Mike who in his smug way decides to spout policy of paperwork. They do not care, they make money off of selling crappy machines then charging $75 to fix it time after time. Right now if I were to have paid the $75 fee to have them fix it I would be at $370 go buy a new one or buy somewhere else. These guys are the worst!!!! STAY AWAY!! CRAPPY!!! CRAPPY!!!!

LOVE THIS PLACE! As to the people complaining, you are getting a GREAT deal on used stuff, so of course it's gonna be scratched, etc.

We had to get a VERY specific sized stackable washer/dryer for our condo.

They delivered it and installed it, which was backbreaking work to fit into a tight spot. They were professional and nice.

When we noticed it was missing the lint guard, they told us to stop by any time and they gave us one. No problem.

We had one issue with the washer. They came the next day to repair it- easy!

Great customer service!

If you want to save money and buy used appliances, this is the place for you!

Bought a washing machine and took it back to hook it up. It wouldn't even fill up with water and was not functional. I took it back the next morning and USA appliance refused to refund the money I paid for the non functional machine. The person working there told me that the individual that was "suppose to check the washers for any problems, failed to do his job."

How can you admittedly claim responsibility and then blatantly refuse to refund someones money that was paid for a faulty machine.

What a nightmare, I would gladly pay double or triple what I spent there to avoid having to go through all the head ache with USA appliance.

These guys are slimy!

My wife and I went to this store to get a used washer/dryer and spoke to Mike. He was so nice and helpful. He took so much time to go over what they do and even gave us tips on how to maintain the washer/dryer. He had many to choose from and didn’t hassle us to buy anything more expensive. They ranged from $150 and up.

They delivered the set to us in two days So far so good. I will follow up once we get some good use from the set.

NEVER AGAIN! I bought a fridge to find out it was not cooling. They wanted me to spend and additional $80.00 for them to come and get it curb side, keep it for a few days, and then they will drop it off curb side. I mean really!!I already had food that had gone bad, but who has the supplies to move a fridge and leave it on the curb all day for them to pick up! They won't even come to the house and try to fix the defective fridge they sold me. I thought it was strange that was salesman happily lowered the price when I first bought it. They also gave me the wrong glass shelves as well! Do NOT buy from USA Appliance!

. It was time to get a new washer/dryer set. I was hoping to get the newest set possible I could afford for what I was willing to spend. I searched craigslist and decided to try USA Appliance because it seemed like they had several to choose from. I went to their Salt Lake location. Although it is just a warehouse they had a lot of appliances. For being a used store I was surprised how many washer and dryer sets they had. I was promptly greeted and was able to browse a bit. My sales person explained various features of different sets and the pricing. I settled for a Whirlpool set that was sold with a one year warranty. I arranged delivery at the time of purchase. I wasn’t given an exact time when my set was to be delivered the following day but I had the day off so it wasn’t a big deal. However, my only complaint is that I was told 2 different times the day of delivery. They ended up being delivered much later in the day then originally planned. Overall my experience was hassle free. And I got a killer deal on my washer and dryer set. I would not have been able to purchase that nice of a set brand new. I would totally refer them to others that are in need of an appliance and are not opposed to purchasing used
