My water heater bursts and so my executive assistant called whipple. What would you guest two new 75gal, 10 year warranted water heaters, installed would cost? How does $9000.00 sound? The plumber is a nice gentleman, and he's just about completed the installation. Of course they've already been paid and I just arrived home to discover the bill. $9000.00, whipple beware... people who can afford to write a check for $9000 can also afford to cause awareness of your unreasonable way of doing business. 80 gal. top of the line water heater is about $1000 max. That's $2000 which includes plenty of profit plus an additional $800 per hour installation fee. My bad for not hiring a plumber as an executive assistant. SHAME ON YOU FOR TAKING ADVANTAGE!!!!

Avoid these people like the plague. My daughter visiting my home while I was away for the Winter found a leaking toilet and called them for a repair. The plumber replaced tank gaskets and wax rings on three toilets and new seats in in the tub faucet in about two hours. Charge was an astronomical $1,221.50. Their response to my complaint is they don't charge by the hour but flat rate: $320.00 for each fixture he worked on regardless of how little time or material it takes. He was kind enough to give her a 10% discount (hah!) to bring the bill down to the $1,221.50. Worst rip off we've had.
Pros: Arrived on time and did the repairs
Cons: Charge was extremely excessive, $1,221.50 for 2 hours.
