Fast but expensive. Had them out on a Monday for a clogged drain. It had happened about 2 months before and we had a plumber do the work for about $150. This time I just wanted it fixed for good. They were there within an hour of calling them . The guy was nice and put on his foot protectors. He explained 2 options and why the 2nd option would last a lot longer. Of course it was more expensive. $400 for the drain cleaning and power washing the pipe. I just wanted it done but I will not use them again. I think there are cheaper options.

Buyer Beware. Our main sewer line gets blocked with tree roots on occasion, We called Rescue Rooter and they would not give us a quote over the phone. When their service man arrived, he gave a cornucopia of reasons why the job would be difficult. He then gave us a quote of between 360.00 to 600.00 dollars depending on how hard he would have to work. We called three other places and eventually had the job done for 136.50, with a one month warranty. It took them 1/2 an hour to complete the job. Apparently the job was not that difficult. Will not call Rescue Rooter again.

Dishonest rude lying crooks. Rescue rooter never showed up the first day they were supposed to. They finally called me 2 hours after they were supposed to be here and canceled. I took off work early to meet them and they never showed. The following day they showed up 2 hours late, I called and told them not to charge me the 70 dollars surcharge because they had taken up enough time and money from me considering I had to leave work to be there again, they agreed to only charge me a 30 dollar surcharge. They tried to charge me 69.00 dollars to lift my toilet to locate my septic tank, I told them I could remove the toilet myself, (this charge was never mentioned before). They guy they sent to my house acted annoyed and put out. He ended up charging me the 70 dollars surcharge anyway. I called Rescue Rooter and complained and they said they would have to clear it with Management before I got my 40 dollar refund. Thanks Rescue rooter for charging me a total of $386.50. Your employees are rude and dishonest. It's not enough that you overcharge people, but you have to lie to them as well. Just so everyone knows, if you call this company to do any septic work make sure you remove the toilet yourself or they will charge you 69.00 dollars. Oh and don't take anything they say on the phone seriously, make sure you have an extra cash on you because if the employee's are in a bad mood they are going to try and screw you on every minuscule thing.
