Creative, delicious culinary experience. Good Day Catering is a great choice for events and corporate parties. Their staff is creative, works well with budgets and provides an easy experience-especially when there is a lot going on! Good Day also in on the list for almost every reception and event hall in Salt Lake, which made me feel better about using them.

Also, if you have a theme, they will help with decorating it and coming up with foods that go with the theme. I'd recommend Good Day any day.

An experienced catering staff and resources to create what customers want.. The Owners/Chef
Back in the Dark Ages of Utah catering, owners Carl and June Rubadue brought a bit of flair and style, spicing up parties with Asian, Southwestern, and Mediterranean flavors.

Current chef Nick Mogcek favors Southwestern flavors, as evidenced in the turkey adobo platter and chipotle salsas and vinaigrettes. Barbecued and smoked meats are another house specialty and there are vegetarian versions of various dishes.

The Food
Ruby's does a lot of corporate and personal parties and lunches, with an extensive appetizer and dessert menu to keep guests nibbling. Prosciutto rolls (with gorgonzola, ricotta, arugula and walnuts), a Thai chicken wrap, and portobella chevre puffs are among favorites. If your party calls for something more formal, breakfast, lunch and dinner entrées are reasonably priced--pancetta-stuffed pork chop with garlic mashed potatoes are $7.50 per serving.
