IF YOU FEEL LIKE YELLING AT SOMEONE. CALL THESE PEOPLE.. I GOT SCREWED IN A BAD DEAL WITH A CAR DEALER. THE FINANCER SENT MY ACCOUNT TO KNIGHTS. THEY WERE SHORT FROM THE START. THE LADY WAS RUDE AND WOULD TALK OVER ME AND NOT LISTEN TO ANYTHING I SAID. I SENT A LETTER AND SHE CLAIMS THEY NEVER GOT IT AND REGARDLESS SHE TURNED ME OVER TO THE ATTORNEY. SHE WAS VERY RUDE AND DIDNT CARE ABOUT ANYTHING AND SAID SHE WAS THE EXPERT AND IM FIGHTING A LOSING BATTLE. THESE PEOPLE ARE LOW LIFES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Worst Collection Agency Ever. We called to pay off our debt to them and settle, they were very rude and unprofessional!!! They wouldnt send the courts our settlement letter for 30 days. I went to the courts and they have never heard of it. They told us that it was just incase we backed out they wouldnt do it. IF WE CALLED AND SETTLED WHY WOULD WE BACK OUT OF IT???? REALLY HOW STUPID CAN PEOPLE BE?!?!?!? We got a lawyer to handle ours. I never want to deal with them again!!!!
Terrible Customer Service. Upon receiving a debt collection attempt from this company, I politely called them so as to inquire about a few things. I was put on the phone with a woman named Justine, who has serious communication issues. She refused to listen to or answer any of my questions and kept talking over me the whole time, offering no solutions to ANYTHING! When I asked her about payment plans, she told me when I took out a loan for and had the amount owed to call her back. Totally unprofessional!

Extremely unprofessional, DO NOT USE. Knight Adjustment is just another one of those places that don't care what the law says because they know that you already have money problems so you won't be able to afford an attorney to call them on their illegal activities. I make my payments a MINIMUM of 5 days in advance every single month, and on the day my payment is due, they send me a notice that I am in default and the full amount is due immediately. So I have to call them every month and remind them that I made my payment already. It's a huge hassle and in my opinion, it's harrassment. When you ask to speak to a supervisor, Patty will tell you that she is the highest authority there and refuses to give any corporate information. I highly advise that if you enjoy having a good company name, you find a different place to use.
