Great retirment/working exec building. This is a great place to live if you are not a twentysomething. Quiet, close to everywhere from 7th east & views are astonishing. Not the place for party animals, just for mature adults who want to walk to the U, walk downtown & yet not be in all the traffic around downtown. Big plus, Sunflower Market is right across the street! Nice people & people who care about each other.

Stay away, I agree. I agree with Deb. Stay away. There are better apartments like Emigration Court, etc. Those also have better location, and is not shabby. Managements will also, hopefully, be better.

worst place to live. Horrible place. Best avoided. You'd think businesses should be honest. But the management here is really bad. Find another place to live.
