Tips for Litzas Pizza

Average Sit-In pizza place. During busy nights, the service can take up to 20 to 25 min. Just from the time you get the order of the pizza in.

Don't get you enough napkins for the greasy pizza.

Cheap Pepperoni and the pizza in general fills you up quickly.

Look around a little more, for a better spot.

Not sure about the pizza. I had actually heard good things about Litzas Pizza, but never got a chance to try it until yesterday. It was an OK experience. The service staff was friendly, and our food (garlic cheese pizza and spaghetti w/ meatballs) came really fast - might have been too fast: Within a couple minutes after we made our order, our spaghetti arrived. The pasta was soft, and I think it was pre-cooked and not fresh. But the meatballs were way better than I expected.

The garlic cheese pizza had good flavors, but the cheese just "sat" on the crust. It was not bad, but didn't taste fresh either.

It was an old-fashioned pizza joint and very family-oriented. There were kids running around and making noises... not my favorite restaurant atmosphere.

Not what they used to be !. I used to work there along time ago and they sure have gone down hill at the 700 s location. I recommend going to the 4700 s 2700 w location. At the 700 s there is barely a crust, almost no sauce and waxy cheese

. The cheese is to creamy probably frozen( a problem we had before but JIM the old boss fixed that). And the garlic bread is terrible. I know they lost the distributer that sold them that sold them the spices for it, but I thought they could come up with something better. If you are downtown I recommend Hires.

Best Pizza in Utah. Litza's is by far one of the best pizzas in Utah. True it is a little crowded and bad parking, but that's downtown SLC in general. Crowded in this case is a good thing. Great place to go before a Ute or Jazz game. Italian sausage, pepperoni, and mushrooms, garlic bread, and Hires Root Beer is a great combo.

West Valley location has improved tremendously also, with Hires and Litza's under one roof.

Mizz Pizza Thang. I went to this joint knowing it was a top 10 pizza place in this good old state of Utah. The atmosphere and quality of service was average. The pizza was also good and yummy! I wouldn't say this is the best pizza in this mormon state but it's exceptional considering the State it's in!

Great Pizza. Good job guys, the pizza is great. Great quality pizza toppings are on the whole pizza other then just in the middle. Perfect for familys, dates, or lunch.

The pizza changed and nothing else!!. Going back to SLC led me straight to Litza's a childhood treat. The place is too small, always has been, and the parking is aggravating. The pizza wasn't what I remembered from some 20 years ago, it was doughy, sauce was to sweet, and the wonderful aroma I remembered was no longer there. What a waste of vacation money!!

Great Pizza - Great Place. Why would they ever have to apologize for not serving alcohol??? If you want alcohol go to a bar and drink yourself silly. Go complain about the bar not serving pizza.

This place is about the pizza and it's GREAT pizza at a decent price!!!

The WORST pizza in TOWN!!!!. Their crust was dry and tasted like cardboard. The sauce was very sparingly put on, and the meat they told us was sausage was more like minced ham. The cheese was nothing but oil and was flavorless. The inside of their little establishment is decorated in a country Utah kitchen flair. The chairs and tables are a dark brown, and don't match anything else in the place. The glasses were those cheesy amber colored plastic ones from the seventies, and have probably been there since then. They were all chipped and dirty. Overall WORST EXPERIENCE WITH PIZZA EVER!!!!
