Great food, great value

Anyone looking for a quick, cheap lunch in SLC should try Chop Suey Luey's. The food is amazing and under 5 bucks for their lunch specials, often under 4 bucks! You get your entree, fried or steamed rice, an egg roll and a drink. The sesame beef is superb!
