Love It. We had Big Daddy's BBQ chicken pizza, and also their raspberry dessert pizza. We loved them!

Wonder why they are still in business. The customer service at this place is terrible. We had placed an order and could barely understand anything that they were saying. When we asked them to repeat our order they kept saying 45 minutes good bye. When the food arrived the delivery driver was very nice but the order was completely wrong. When I had called back to try and resolve the issue I could barely understand the manager. The end result was us getting stuck with the wrong order and no resolution to our problem. Next time we wont order again.

West Valley City Big Daddys Suck. Well Big Daddys suck.. they use to have really good pizza and garlic bread sticks.. we got the garlic cheesy bread sticks and they yuk yuk yuk... really greasy no garlic and burnt.. and we asked if they would bring the replacement to us. they said only if you buy something other then that. I said wtf... i just spent $35 and you want me to spend more. they just lost a customer.. think 2s before you go there. and there pizza has gone down hill too

Liers!. They have some pizza ok,but over all service is terrible and they are lying about availability for delivery,because in advertisment it says,24/7,but when you go there,it says only two stores are making delivery after 12.Also if you do not order anything over 15 bucks,then delivery will not take a place.Stuff does not speak english,mostly and only one man is nice on phone.They do not deliver after 3 am I think in any area.So,avoid pretty much.SLC has no pizza after midnight yet!!

Bad attitude, poor quality. The food we ordered was late being delivered. The driver that showed up was stoned and smelled of pot. It was comical to watch. We called and complained and the manager was not very helpful and basically blew us off. Needless to say the experience was not one I want to repeat. I wont be ordering again

Me and my husband ordered delivery it come very late and the food was not hot. I called to complain and the manager was very rude and refused to help me. I had my husband go in the store the second time to get pick up. They advertise ready to go but I waited 20 minutes and the food was old and i did not eat it. I said something and the person was rude again and said it was fresh. I am not going back again. These people are mean

Rip Off!. We ordered a pizza from the Kearns/West Jordan branch this past weekend, as it was the only place opened. I have ordered from them once before, and they were alright. Overpriced, but I wasn't complaining for the time they deliver to.

The delivery charge, however, is crazy high, and after spending something like $6.00 in fees I didn't leave a tip. The man who delivered appeared to decide he would leave his own, and charged $6 extra to my card, which I found out when I called two days later (it had been put on a PayPal card, so showed in the balance immediately).

The manager offered her apologies and a refund of the $6. However, she refused to acknowledge the fact that the driver had written the tip into the receipt himself, nor apologized for that.

Not only that, but I just check my PayPal balance again, and instead of returning the six, it has taken ANOTHER six from my account. So, I have to call again. Unbelievable.

Stay away from this place. The food is bad, the people are dishonest, the management is evidently inept.

WORST Pizza & Wings EVER!!!!!!. Don't waste your $$ for this food, it's not worth it. Everything taste horrible. I can only say "YUCK"
