Bad service, inconsistent pricing, rude management. Most of the people, workers and management, only speak english as their second language. They are very hard to understand with their heavy spanish accents. I wonder too if they were brought up to have manners, they constantly speak spanish right at the counter, most of the time I am unsure about what they are saying. I was brought up in a German household, but we were taught to speak English when out of the house or in a proffessional situation or enviornment. When you have a problem with your order, which unfortunately is often, the spanish speakers ignore you if you are white, I have had Hector Ramirez, one of the asst. managers, be inconsistent on pricing and call me a stupid gringo.

Example: I have been going to this Burger King for a year. I was a regular, but not anymore. I have always ordered two sausage biscuit (1.00) with a slice of cheese for an additional 25 cents. However with Hector. He has to charge me the same price as the sausage, egg and cheese biscuit (2.49) because he chooses to as the assistent manager. None of the other management have ever charged me that. He just chooses to be and ass hole.

Another Example: I ordered a sausage egg and cheese biscuit and got back to my table and took a bite of the biscuit and found that it was a sausage biscuit. Brought it back with the reciept showing what it was supposed to be. Hector says, "Why did you take a bite out of it? You should have looked to see if it was the right type of sandwich before you took a bite out of it."

"Screw you, Hector" I said

Hector said, "Get out of here, stupid staight gringo cracker."

Flame-broiled burgers--especially the trademarked Whopper--are royalty at this popular fast-food chain.. In Short
Founded in 1954, this ultracasual eatery (often with a drive-through) made its name with hamburgers cooked over flames and finished with the customer's choice of toppings. The signature sandwich has always been the Whopper, a quarter-pound burger with tomatoes, lettuce, mayo, ketchup, pickles and onions. The menu also features fish fillets and spicy chicken sandwiches, garden salads with fire-grilled shrimp and chicken, the breakfast "Croissan'wich," crispy onion rings and even veggie burgers.

adventures with the incompetent. It's Burger King - not fine dining. But, they should be able to a burger and fries right.

I've been to this restaurant 3 times in the last year - not once did they get my order right. On my last visit, to the drive through. I had to repeat my order twice. It was still wrong. When I asked for it to be made right, they said, "You'll have to pay extra for it." When I asked for my money back the clerk threw it at me. I asked for the manager. She claimed she was the manager, slammed the window shut and walked away. She did not offer to get the right things for my order, she didn't apologize. Until the management here gets a handle on their staff, I wont be back.
