In Short – Whimsical antiques and decorative items--velvet armchairs, vintage-looking fringed lamps and booths made from iron bedsteads--fill the dining room. The OSF Classics menu offers spaghetti with a choice of mushroom sauce, rich meat sauce, browned butter and feta-like mizithra cheese sauce, and more. Other popular favorites are the baked lasagna--layers of noodles, tomato sauce and four kinds of cheese--and the fettuccine Alfredo. Meals include a green salad, fresh-baked bread and ice cream.
Inexpensive, Large Portions, Delicious

I have been going to the Old Spaghetti Factory since I was little. It has always been a family favorite for birthdays, and celebrations. Meals come with delicious bread and garlic butter, salad and spumoni ice cream for desert. Try the mizithra, and the Italian sodas (you get to keep the glass).
- Pros: Large Portions, atmosphere, family friendly
- Cons: Long waits for seats, occasionaly
Very lousy

Honestly, this is one of the worst places I've been to in Salt Lake City. I ordered the lasagna and my girlfriend ordered the spaghetti, they were both horrible.
- Pros: nice atmosphere
- Cons: food was awful.
Good for kids and that's about it.

Everything at this Italian "restaurant" is sub-par, right down to the marinara that comes from the can. Yuck. I actually wouldn't even take my kids there as I can throw together a marinara in about 10 minutes that is healthier and superior in all ways. Thumbs-down for sure!
- Cons: Disgusting food...need I say more?
