LACKING IN SERVICE.
Usually I love this chain but i am not happy with them right now, first I ordered a vegetarian pizza and they put chicken on the pizza, thus defeating me buying it for my vegetarian mother, and she lives in kamas 55 miles away, so by the time i got there and we unwrapped it, was really mad that it had chicken on it! Total waste of money,
2nd i bought a jazz special with the cookie dough family size pizza and a 2 liter plus the vegetarian for my mother well, my hands were full leaving the story and my 2 liter rolled off my pile and broke, right there and instead of them offereing to replace my drink as other restaurants would do, they made me pay full price for another 2 liter. Not customer service friendly at all, and im furious about my vegetarian that was not vegetarian!

Great deals, Great food. I love getting pizza from Papa Murphy's. They have an amazing variety of toppings and pizza sizes for prices that don't give me a coronary. The only downside of having to cook it yourself is it's not much help when your power's out and you have an electric oven. (I made that mistake personally.) I buy pizza from Papa Murphy's frequently because it's simply worth it.
