The only way to travel - if it serviced more of this area!. Have been a long time passenger of Amtrak. Sadly years ago, Amtrak all but dropped out on Salt Lake and Utah. Does anyone remember that Amtrak actually had three routes traveling thru this state- all branching off the train from Chicago and Denver.

Many times these trains were packed, every seat taken and retaken during the lenght of a particular trip, Now sadly only the run from Chicago and the San Francisco area still runs.

If UTA can not fully step up and establish it Frontrunner system to connect us with all corners of the state, maybe they can follow California's example and set up something like Cal Amtrak to run the trains daily - 365.
