Great service!. A mechanic at L W Auto fixed my car door for a substantially lower price than was quoted elsewhere and provided quality, prompt and courteous service. The next time my car needs repairs, this is where I'm going.

Horrible Service! Horrible Repair!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!!. I walked in, they greeted me, and didn't say anything else. It looked like the guy was just finishing working on a car in the back, and had no interest in helping me. I asked if he could, and he walked out to the shop to find somebody....5 minutes later, i began getting some kind of service- although the estimator fellow was not polite in any way at all. They promised me the repairs were going to be done in 6 business days, and it took 3 WHOLE WEEKS! they blamed it on faulty parts, but when i went in to get some things out of my car, their technician said he couldn't get the upper structure straight and it was "kicking his azs". I don't thing they are qualified to fix the junkiest of cars. I ended up paying for my rental car after my coverage ran out in 20 days, and had to take it back to fix my moldings that were falling off, and paint that was either dirty of didn't have enough paint on it- it felt really dry compared to the rest of the car that they didn't paint. I will NEVER EVER go there again. there is a body shop under new ownership around the corner from my house, next time i will be going there to get my work done-

Prompt, professional and fair service. I accidentally dinged the door of my boyfriend's car while backing out of my driveway, denting it so badly that he couldn't even get into the car from the driver's side!!. A friend of mine told me to call L&W (she had used them in the past). L&W promptly fixed the door so that my boyfriend could get to work on time that morning, and they prepared a thorough and fair estimate of what it would cost to fix the cosmetic damage to the car. I thought this body shop was remarkably responsive, kind, and professional -- I'm going to recommend it to others, just as my friend recommended it to me.

HONEST, HARD WORKING, GREAT PRICING. I searched high and low on city search to find some good auto body shops to check out, after taking my car around to over 15 bids, I definately think it's fair to say that L W AUTO BODY SHOP is the best, they took pictures of my car to show me before and after openly discussed in front of me what they would do, and they were fast. They broke down the barrier and didn't make me sit around forever. They also guarantee their work, and I'll tell you that their bid on my car was $1500.00 less than Rocky Mountain Collison, and they used the same quality parts RMC would have. They did an amazing job and they were very friendly. Thanks !
