Service and Quality. Tom has a lovely selection of outstanding jewelry and precious stones. I was looking for an unusual piece for my daughter. Elena and Tom helped me find the perfect choice in my price range. I keep coming back to this excellent store because the jewelry and service are outstanding.

Great service and great prices. I dreaded going out and looking for rings for my fiance and I. When I began shopping around; I went to a few places prior to get an idea of what I was looking for and the knowledge of diamonds, rings and quality seemed to only want to get me in a bigger ring.

Tom was amazing to work with at Paul Thomas Jewelers; he sat down with us and showed us the fine details on the rings that really made them unique and not necessarily a higher priced ring. The compliments on my fiance's ring has been nothing short of amazing. If you want to find fine jewelry, stay away from the big box stores and head here.

Not Recommended. My experience with this Rolex dealer was negative. The owner attempted to order additional links for a Rolex watch I brought in. The links which he ordered did not fit when he attempted to install them. I was told my watch was a fake when in fact it is a genuine Rolex. Additionally, the owner gave me the "third degree" about where I had obtained the watch which is of course none of his business. Fortunately, the story has a happy ending. I took my business to Losee Jewelers in Provo, UT where they simply ordered the links indicated on the watch and they fit perfectly fine. Needless to say, I would not recommend Paul-Thomas Jewelers if you are looking for a Rolex to purchase.
