Better manners.... I love the food in this restaurant, but I almost never want to go there because of the service.

I have some allergies and it is very hard to me to eat at a restaurant, I requested my food a specific way, and the waitress brought it with disregard to my request, thats ok! it happens.. I understand.. but she was just plain rude when I brought it to her attention.. grabbed my plate and stormed off Rolling her eyes at me!!! then came back and dropped it on the table... I was embarrassed and I did not want to say anything to her.. tried to void her for the rest of my lunch. I dont care if the kitchen messed up.. I have been a waitress before and I know how stressful it can be... but please have some manners when dealing with your customers... I love blue Iguana... but they need to have better management apparently if their waitresses are so rude.

Great. Love the moles. Chili Colorada is great! Son's in law always try the giant burrito. They've never finished it, it is huge. A family favorite.

Blue Iguana is awesome. I love this place and go here all the time. I always try to get Carlos as my waiter because he is my favorite and the best server. The only con I can think about this place is that some of the other servers are not as friendly....food is awesome and I love how you never have to wait that long!

Love this place!. We love Blue Iguana! It is a family favorite! We visit there frequently. My husband loves the chicken enchiladas and I'm a fan of the Carnitas tacos. If you love pork, you have to try those tacos! Highly recommend it!

good food, fun location, and good service. Good food, and one of the best Mexican Food places we've found so far. We're new to SLC and still searching for the best restaurants.

Blue Iguana has a good menu, not to crowded and several great choices if you're into mole sauces.

Give it a try.

Very Good Food and Portions. I have been looking for good vegetarian dishes wherever I can find them, and this restaurant's veggie burrito was great. The taco "salad" is half meat, one-quarter shell and condiments, and one-quarter fresh. I would have preferred an actual salad. But getting the veggie burrito mended everything. Me and the Blue Iguana are good now.

margarita heaven. the wait to get in on a Friday night wasn't as bad as it looked. I ordered the " blue iguana" plate and was given enough food for 2 people for only $14. Salsa was a nice flavor without burning your mouth. The chile rellano was made with fresh chiles. The whole platter was smothered with cheese that would strong from your plate to your fork as you lifted it to your mouth. They had an award on the wall claiming the best margarita in the city and I have to agree. I will definately return.

Should be named Blah Iguana. We love Red Iguana and thought we would try the Blue Iguana. The service was severely lacking. We had to ask for a kids menu, had to ask for drinks and re-ask when one was forgotten. The restaurant was empty and while the food came quickly, we waited for a check and finally just went to the counter to pay. The food was mediocre at best, I assume that it was just all frozen and reheated, no real flavor. The margarita was good, but can you really mess up a margarita?

Save your money for the Red Iguana. There is no need to waste time at this restaurant. I'm even disappointed that I had to give this place 1 star.

It was Good, but the rave reviews confuse me. The food was OK. The Salsa's were hot, but not really the fresh kind I expected for such a highly rated mexican place. The Pork dish I had was not good, but the other more standard selections that the others had were fine. This was similar to a Chevy's or a mexican chain restaurant. I have found some Taquira places in Murray that were better.
