The Scene – High ceilings, large mirrors, polished wood and brightly painted murals provide a sophisticated look. Sit at the bar or in one of the elevated tables. A full liquor license and savvy bartenders make this a favorite meeting spot for drinks and hors d'oeuvres. – – The Food – The focus here is seafood, although the filet is popular as well. Daily seafood specials are based on what's flown in fresh. Shrimp, lobster, crab, mussel, oyster and clam dishes are always on the menu. Favorites include the cioppino (a spicy tomato broth with a variety of fish and…
Do Not Go There!!!

One time I went there and they ran out of pasta and had to cook more. Thankfully the manager let us off the meal for free. Don't eat there, I'm sorry, It is not worth paying the price for the seafood there. First we live in Utah and even if the seafood can get here quickly, it is not worth freakin $40 a plate. Plus the Oysters are not that good for the price they ask ( pretty petite oysters "where is it"). There tends to be partygoers there at the bar, then the others that eat at the tables. It is just as easy to cook a nice juicy stake at home for $25, than pay an outrageous $45 or $50, whatever the price is for that matter.
*I was at the counter one night and I saw a waiter and he had a hand-cloth tucked in the back of his pants and it looked like he might have had a small blood stain ( don't take my total word for it )
*Way over-rated, especially the one in Cottonwood area in SLC, Utah.
* Valet Parking, PLEASE!!!
Don't waste your money on this business, go eat somewhere else.
- Pros: Restaurant looks nice? Can't think of one sorry.

Great Service

The Market Street Oyster Bar has the best service in town. If you looking for a restaurant where you can relax, have a few drinks and get your food fast and fresh this is the place to go. I swear there's no such thing as a bad day to the servers here. They always greet you with a smile and continue to make the entire experience here delightful, especially Aaron, who serves during the day. I recomend anyone to go here any time of day. The food may not be the best, but the service and drinks make up for the food.
- Pros: Service, Drinks, Aaron
- Cons: Price, Parking, Crowd
