Honest. Helpful. Billy is a straight forward guy. They will only give you an estimate if you bring your vehicle into the shop (free service). They truly want to give you the most accurate estimate, there isn't any extra added costs. I have always paid exactly what they quoted. They don't start work until you give the okay. They are not always be the cheapest, but they will give the option to use good or best. I have taken multiple vehicles and have always been happy.

I also took my vehicle in to get the transmission cleaned. Its not my regular driver, paid price quoted and it was competitive to the other guys. I noticed the seal was leaking after my "warranty" was over because I don't drive it constantly. They did not even ask a question, just told me to bring it right in. FIxed it no problem.

Took in a honda accord because I was told by two other mechanics that the transmission need to be redone, but I never notice an issue. So I took it in and waited for an estimate. Billy told me (in a joking matter) he wished he could of found something, but says the transmission is perfect. Three years later car still works perfect, no slipping or hesitation Just great service.
