Not a recommended property or HOA management company. I own property managed by Greater Park City Properties. They provide the least service for the most money and deliver that service with a heaping pile of apathy. This company has violated HOA rules in an effort to collect additional revenue and has been required to pay settlements for those violations. The staff are defensive and unwilling to claim responsibility for anything and therefore ineffective.

There are many good property management options in Park City; this is not one of them.
